Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesLead ManagementCall prospective customers from company-generated databases.
  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls professionally.
  • Qualify leads based on customer requirements and buying intent.
  • Maintain accurate call records in the CRM.
  • Customer EngagementExplain project features, pricing, amenities, and location advantages.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
  • Address customer queries and objections effectively.
  • Build long-term relationships through regular follow-ups.
  • Site Visit CoordinationSchedule site visits for interested customers.
  • Coordinate with Sales Executives regarding appointments.
  • Confirm customer availability before site visits.
  • Ensure customers receive project brochures, maps, and required information.
  • Follow-UpConduct regular follow-up calls with warm and hot leads.
  • Re-engage inactive or old leads.
  • Maintain follow-up schedules in the CRM.
  • Update customers regarding offers, price revisions, and inventory availability.
  • CRM & ReportingUpdate customer interactions in the CRM daily.
  • Record lead status accurately.
  • Prepare daily call reports.
  • Share feedback received from customers with the sales team.
  • Required SkillsExcellent verbal communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and English.
  • Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
  • Positive and energetic attitude.
  • Good listening skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM software).
  • Ability to handle customer objections confidently.
  • Professional telephone etiquette.
  • Time management and multitasking ability.
