Summary
The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for end-to-end talent acquisition, from sourcing to onboarding. This role plays a key part in building a strong workforce by attracting, evaluating, and hiring top talent aligned with business goals and company culture.
Key
Responsibilities
- Talent
Sourcing: Use job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and campus drives to build a pipeline of qualified candidates
- Screening &
Evaluation: Review resumes, conduct initial phone/video screenings, and assess candidates for skill, experience, and cultural fit
- Interview Coordination:
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers; ensure timely feedback loops

Stakeholder Management: Work closely with department heads to understand manpower requirements and define job roles/specifications
- Offer &
Negotiation: Manage offer rollout, salary negotiation, and pre-boarding documentation
- Employer
Branding: Promote company as an employer of choice through career pages, job fairs, and social media engagement

Database Management: Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS/HRMS and ensure compliance with recruitment policies

Market Research: Stay updated on hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices

Reporting: Track and report key recruitment metrics like time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness
Eligibility
Criteria
- Education: Any Graduation, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience: 1-3 years in recruitment/talent acquisition. Freshers with strong communication skills may apply

Skills Required: Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, proficiency in Naukri/LinkedIn Recruiter/ATS tools, strong negotiation and convincing ability, ability to handle high-volume hiring
