- Key Responsibilities:-
- Lead Management: Oversee and manage incoming inquiries from various online platforms and B2B portals.
- Sales Conversion: Proactively engage with potential clients via telephone to identify technical requirements and provide competitive quotations.
- International Trade: Manage inquiries and sales cycles for export customers, ensuring professional handling of global accounts.
- Pipeline Tracking: Maintain rigorous follow-up schedules to maximize lead-to-sale conversion rates.
- CRM & Reporting: Ensure all customer interactions, feedback, and sales progress are accurately documented in the CRM system.
- Operational Coordination: Work closely with the dispatch and logistics teams to ensure timely order processing and fulfillment.
- Relationship Management: Foster long-term partnerships with clients through consistent service and professional communication.
- Candidate Requirements:
- Communication: Fluency in English, Hindi, and Bengali is essential for interacting with a diverse client base.
- Sales Expertise: A proven track record in sales with strong negotiation and "closing" skills.
- Confidence: Ability to handle technical queries regarding scaffolding products with authority and clarity.
- Tech Savvy: Prior experience managing online B2B platforms and CRM software is highly preferred.
