Job Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming leads and inquiries from IndiaMART and other online platforms
• Call potential customers to understand their requirements for scaffolding products
• Provide product details, pricing, and quotations to customers
• Follow up regularly with leads to convert them into sales
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions in CRM
• Coordinate with the dispatch team for order processing
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Handle exports customers

Key Requirements:

• Good communication skills in English. Hindi, Bengali
• Ability to handle customer queries confidently
• Sales-oriented mindset with good convincing skills
