JOB OPPORTUNITY: SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE
Dear Candidate,
Space Coore is actively seeking a driven, persuasive, and dynamic Sales and Marketing Executive to join our growing team. As a firm specializing in luxury residential architecture and international-standard interior aesthetics, we are looking for a professional who can effectively communicate our design vision and secure premium projects. In this role, you will serve as the face of Space Coore. Your core objective will be to engage directly with prospective clients, understand their lifestyle aspirations, and confidently pitch our bespoke interior design solutions. You will be responsible for navigating the entire sales cycle— from the initial consultation to successfully convincing the client and closing the deal.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective clients to present Space Coore’s design philosophy, portfolio, and service offerings. • Understand client requirements, address their concerns, and seamlessly communicate how our premium designs will elevate their residential spaces. • Negotiate project terms, successfully crack interior design deals, and consistently meet established sales targets. • Maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to foster trust, ensure project satisfaction, and generate referral business. • Collaborate with our internal design and technical teams to ensure client expectations strictly align with executable deliverables.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
• 1 to 2 years of proven experience in sales and marketing. Experience within real estate, interior design, or luxury retail is highly advantageous. • Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills. • A proven track record of building report, negotiating effectively, and closing high-value deals. • A professional demeanor that perfectly aligns with a premium, minimalist brand identity. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS The base salary for this position is ₹20,000 per month. In addition to the fixed salary, we offer a highly attractive, performance-based incentive structure designed to heavily reward successful deal closures and target achievements.
