Job Description

Coordinate and guide the field sales/market team.

Send bulk WhatsApp broadcast messages for new arrivals, offers, promotions, and important updates.

Maintain and update customer database (CRM).

Assign and track customer enquiries and follow-ups.

Coordinate with Production, Dispatch, Accounts, and Management regarding order status.

Share product catalogues, price lists, and marketing materials with customers.

Monitor daily sales activities and prepare MIS reports.

Maintain records of customer interactions and sales updates.

Follow up with customers for pending orders, payments, and feedback.

Ensure timely communication between customers, sales executives, and the head office.

Support management with sales planning and administrative tasks.

Perform other sales coordination responsibilities assigned by the management.
