Job Description

Responsibilities

Answer incoming WhatsApp messages.

Call new leads within 5–10 minutes.

Qualify leads using a script.

Book meetings on your calendar.

Follow up with old leads.

Update the CRM after every interaction.

Send proposals, invoices, and onboarding messages.

Escalate hot prospects to sales closer for closing.

Help conduct workshops and webinars online.

Do research on prospects if needed.


Ideal Candidate

Fresher or 0–2 years of experience.

Good spoken English and Hindi (Bengali is a bonus if you're hiring locally).

Comfortable making 30–50 calls a day.

Basic computer skills (Google Sheets, WhatsApp Web, CRM).

Reliable internet and laptop.

KPIs

60-90 outbound/follow-up calls per day.

100% CRM updates.

3–5 qualified meetings booked per day (depending on lead volume).

Follow up with every lead until a clear outcome.
