🎯 Position: Team Leader – International BPO Sales Process
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Team Leader to manage and lead our international sales team. Candidates with strong leadership abilities and proven experience in handling international outbound sales campaigns are encouraged to apply.
✅ Eligibility Criteria:
✔️ Candidate must have experience as an On-Paper Team Leader in International BPO
✔️ Must have handled any of the following campaigns:
- Energy Sales Process
- Telecom Sales Process
- Home Security Sales Process
- USA Insurance Process
✔️ Excellent communication and team handling skills
✔️ Strong knowledge of target achievement & sales monitoring
✔️ Ability to motivate agents and drive team performance
✔️ Immediate joiners preferred
