About the Company & Product
Qynko is an AI-powered platform — built by Procellence Technology — that helps creators, coaches, and consultants build courses, coaching programs, and webinars in minutes, and turn their knowledge into income. We are currently in our 0-to-1 growth phase, focused on onboarding high-quality experts and growing our subscription base.
You will be joining as a Founding Growth & BD Associate working exclusively for Qynko.
What You Will Do
You will own the full sales cycle — from first outreach to getting an expert live on the Qynko platform. This is a high-volume, high-ownership role. You will be responsible for: Your primary goal is simple: bring high-quality experts onto Qynko and ensure they start earning
Someone who can hunt, sell, and activate, not just close deals
- High-volume outbound (calls + multi-channel outreach) is expected — typically 40–60 touchpoints/day (consultants, coaches, creators), also This role is not about hitting call targets. It is about building Qynko’s early expert supply engine from scratch
- Running cold outreach via LinkedIn, email, and WhatsApp to build your own pipeline
- Giving product demos to prospects — independently, without hand-holding
- Following up consistently and systematically — no lead should fall through the cracks
- Onboarding converted experts onto Qynko — helping them set up their services, profile, and first offerings
- Handholding new experts through the platform until they are fully live and active
- Converting free/trial experts into paid subscription users
- Maintaining daily CRM hygiene — every call, follow-up, and status logged
- Providing weekly feedback on objections, drop-offs, and conversion blockers to the founding team
What We Are Looking For
Mandatory Requirements
✅3–5 years of BD / inside sales experience — startup experience is NON-NEGOTIABLE
✅Has worked at an early-stage startup where they built pipeline from scratch
✅Proven experience doing high-volume outbound calls (40–50+ per day)
✅Has independently run cold outreach on LinkedIn and via email — not just warm inbound
✅Has sold to professionals (consultants, coaches, educators, creators)
✅Has managed full sales cycle — outreach → demo → follow-up → close — without hand-holding
✅Has onboarded clients/customers onto a platform and ensured activation
✅Comfortable working with CRM tools independently (Pipedrive, Leadsquared, HubSpot, or similar)
Strong Plus Points
- Experience selling SaaS or marketplace platforms to individual professionals
- Background in edtech, creator economy, consulting platforms, or similar
- Has handled 30–50 active follow-ups per day with a structured system
- Can build their own outreach templates and scripts without waiting for someone to hand it to them
