Job Description
Job Vacancy: Business Development Executive (BDE)
Location: Kolkata (Work from Office)
Salary: Up to ₹20,000 In-hand
Core Responsibilities
We are looking for a BDE to handle the complete sales lifecycle, from prospecting to post-service support.
*Lead Management: Conduct initial calls to potential clients and qualify leads.
*Service Demonstration: Provide detailed demonstrations of our business and professional services to prospective clients.
*Sales Closing: Negotiate and close deals to meet monthly targets.
*Coordination: Follow up with the backend team for service execution and keep the client informed.
*Collections: Responsible for collecting the remaining payments from clients.
*After-Sales: Maintain client relationships and provide support after the service is delivered.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum 2+ years in Sales (specifically in Financial Services, or IT/Website Sales).
Education: Graduate (Any stream).
Gender: Male candidates preferred.
Skills: Strong communication, presentation (demo) skills, and closing ability.
Work Schedule & Interview
Shift: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM | Monday – Saturday (Sunday Fixed Off)
Interview Mode: Direct Face-to-Face round at the Kolkata office.
