Senior Purchase Executive

We are hiring a Purchase Executive at Sollfege Smart Electronics Limited, a leading premium audio, video and home automation company with presence in Kolkata, Bhubaneswar, Gurgaon and Guwahati.

Job Role: Purchase Executive

Employment Type: Full-Time

Location: Kolkata (On-Site)

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in purchase or procurement

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate with multiple vendors across product categories
• Negotiate pricing, terms and delivery schedules to get the best value
• Build and maintain strong vendor and supplier relationships
• Handle purchase documentation, invoices and basic accounts entries
• Perform cost calculations, price comparisons and budget tracking
• Ensure timely procurement to support smooth business operations

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in purchase or procurement
• Must have knowledge of accounts including invoicing, GST and basic bookkeeping
• Must be strong in mathematics including pricing calculations, margins and budget reconciliation
• Ability to manage multiple vendors simultaneously
• Strong negotiation skills
• Good interpersonal and public relations skills
• Immediate joiners will be given preference
