About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Sales Officer – Business Development for the pest control sector. The candidate must have strong knowledge & experience of the pest control industry and should be capable of generating new business, managing client relationships, handling sales teams, and achieving revenue targets.
Eligibility Criteria
The candidate must have prior experience in the pest control industry and should be well-versed in business development, client handling, sales planning, negotiation, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities in the pest control sector through corporate clients, commercial establishments, residential societies, industries, hotels, hospitals, restaurants, warehouses, and institutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Identify market opportunities and create strategies to increase company sales and revenue.
- Handle B2B, B2C & B2G sales activities professionally.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, business development reports, client visit reports, and revenue forecasts.
- Negotiate with clients and close deals effectively.
- Handle client meetings, site visits, presentations, and service proposals.
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth execution after sales conversion.
- Lead, motivate, and guide the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Monitor competitors, market trends, pricing, and customer requirements.
- Build long-term client relationships for AMC, one-time services, and repeat business.
- Ensure timely follow-up with leads, quotations, work orders, and payment collection.
- Maintain proper documentation of sales activities and client communication.
- Willingness to travel as per business requirements.
- Represent the company professionally in meetings, client visits, and business discussions.
