Job Description
We are hiring a Solution Consultant with hands-on experience in Firewall, Backup Solutions, and Endpoint Security. The candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and resolving client issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Demonstration.
- Configure and troubleshoot Firewall devices
- Manage and monitor Backup solutions
- Install and support Endpoint security tools
- Diagnose and resolve network and system issues
- Provide remote and on-site technical support
- Maintain proper documentation of support activities
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of Firewall technologies (Fortinet, Sophos, etc.)
- Understanding of Backup solutions
- Knowledge of Endpoint security systems
- Basic networking skills (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP)
- Good communication and troubleshooting ability
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of relevant experience (Mandatory)
- IT certifications (CCNA, Security+, etc.) are a plus
Salary: As per industry standards
