About the RoleWe are looking for an energetic and responsible Store Representative who can manage day-to-day bookstore operations, customer handling, billing, stock management, and basic social media activities for MyPustak Store.

The ideal candidate should be organized, customer-friendly, comfortable with computers/mobile apps, and willing to work in a startup environment.

• ResponsibilitiesStore Sales & Customer HandlingAttend walk-in customers
• Help customers discover books and bundles
• Increase store sales through recommendations
• Maintain positive customer experience
• Billing & POS OperationsHandle POS billing and invoice generation
• Manage cash/card/UPI transactions
• Maintain billing accuracy and daily sales records
• Stock ManagementCheck stock availability
• Arrange books properly on shelves
• Update stock entries in system/sheets
• Identify low-stock or fast-moving titles
• Purchase & Inventory EntryEnter purchase invoices into system/software
• Maintain supplier purchase records
• Verify quantity and invoice details
• Social Media SupportPost daily content/reels/photos on Instagram & Facebook
• Click basic store/product photos
• Share offers, new arrivals, and book bundles
• General Store OperationsKeep store clean and organized
• Coordinate with warehouse/team when required
• Support promotional activities and events
• Skills RequiredBasic computer knowledge
• Familiarity with POS billing software
• Good communication skills
• Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge
• Interest in books and reading
• Social media understanding (Instagram/Facebook)
• Ability to multitask in startup environment
• Preferred QualificationsGraduate or pursuing graduation
• Experience in retail/store operations preferred
