Job Description
Position: Team Leader (Insurance)
Department: Sales / Agency Channel
Reports To: Branch Manager / Sales Manager
Role SummaryThe Team Leader is responsible for recruiting, training, managing, and motivating a team of insurance advisors/agents to achieve sales targets, ensure quality business acquisition, and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Key ResponsibilitiesTeam ManagementRecruit and onboard new insurance advisors/agents.
- Conduct regular training and coaching sessions.
- Monitor team performance and productivity.
- Motivate team members to achieve individual and team targets.
- Provide guidance on sales strategies and customer handling.
