- Key ResponsibilitiesTeam RecruitmentIdentify and recruit new insurance advisors/agents.
- Conduct initial screening and onboarding.
- Training & DevelopmentTrain advisors on HDFC Life products, sales techniques, and compliance requirements.
- Help team members improve their prospecting and closing skills.
- Sales Performance ManagementSet sales targets and monitor achievement.
- Motivate the team to meet business goals.
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly performance.
- Customer Relationship SupportAssist advisors in handling important client meetings.
- Help resolve customer concerns and service issues.
- Business DevelopmentGenerate leads through personal networks, referrals, and local market activities.
- Support advisors in converting leads into policy sales.
- Compliance & DocumentationEnsure all sales activities follow company and regulatory guidelines.
- Verify proper completion of policy documentation.
- ReportingSubmit sales reports and team performance updates to branch managers.
- Analyze gaps and implement improvement plans.
