Job Title: Senior Team Leader – Immigration & Visa Services

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly experienced and result-driven Team Leader to lead our Immigration and Visa Services division. This role requires strong client handling skills, deep knowledge of visa processes, and the ability to train and manage a team of freshers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle direct client interactions (walk-in & online) and provide accurate visa guidance
• Assess client profiles and recommend suitable visa options (Tourist, Student, Work)
• Manage complete visa processing including documentation, form filling, SOP guidance, and file preparation
• Lead and train a team of freshers (especially female team members) from basic to advanced level
• Conduct daily team briefings and assign tasks
• Review and verify all visa files before submission to ensure zero-error processing
• Handle embassy/VFS appointments and application procedures
• Maintain proper tracking of all client applications and follow-ups
• Ensure professional communication and high service standards

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Immigration / Visa / Travel / Study Abroad consultancy
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end visa processes
• Proven experience in direct client handling
• Experience in team handling and training
• Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi required, Bengali preferred)
• High attention to detail and responsibility
