Job Description

Role Overview:

We are hiring a Telecaller to connect with prospective students, explain our maritime training courses, answer their queries, and convert leads into admissions. The role involves regular follow-ups via phone, WhatsApp, and other communication channels while maintaining lead records and achieving monthly admission targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make inbound and outbound calls to prospective students.
  • Follow up on leads from WhatsApp, social media, digital marketing, and referrals.
  • Explain course details, eligibility, fees, placements, and career opportunities.
  • Convert inquiries into admissions.
  • Maintain lead records in Excel/CRM.
  • Meet monthly admission targets.
  • Provide excellent customer support throughout the admission process.
