Job Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Telecaller candidates to join our team. This role involves engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and promoting our services. As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our services.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
- Follow up with leads and maintain a robust pipeline.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
- Provide feedback to improve service offerings and sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum educational qualification: 12th pass.
- Basic communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
- Strong persuasive skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Basic knowledge of computers and familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
