Telecaller

Job Summary :

We are seeking energetic and persuasive Telecallers to join our dynamic team in the Production and Media industry. As a telecaller, your primary responsibility will be cold-calling potential clients and generating leads for our services such as advertising, media production, branding, and promotional content. This role requires excellent communication skills, confidence, and a goal-driven attitude.

• Key Responsibilities :
• Make outbound cold calls to potential clients using a provided database or leads.
• Pitch company services (e.g., video production, ad shoots, digital branding, media campaigns) to clients.
• Understand client needs and effectively communicate service offerings.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule follow-up meetings or demos for the sales team.
• Maintain a daily record of calls, follow-ups, and responses in CRM or Excel.
• Achieve weekly and monthly targets for calls and conversions.
• Handle basic objections and queries from prospective clients professionally.
• Coordinate with the internal sales and creative team for project requirements.
• Requirements:12th pass or Graduate in any stream.
• Previous experience in telecalling or BPO sales preferred (freshers welcome with good communication).
• Confident and clear verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM tools is a plus.
