Job Title: Work-from-Home Telecaller (Female)
Job Description:
We are hiring female candidates for a permanent work-from-home telecalling position. The candidate should be fluent in Bengali and comfortable making outbound calls.
Requirements:
Only female candidates
Must speak Bengali
Must have a smartphone
Any 12thPass & degree accepted
Must be able to make customer calls
Permanent work-from-home role
No fees or registration charges
5 days working (Monday to Friday)
Mandatory to attend training sessions for 10 Hours in the first week.
Post training Hours required to work per day
- Part Timer- 1 Hour per day
- Full Timer- 2 Hours per day
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers/clients
Provide information and handle basic queries
Maintain professionalism and accuracy during communication
Keep simple records as required
