Job Description
A Real Estate Telecaller initiates outbound calls and handles inbound inquiries to promote property listings, qualify leads, and schedule site visits for sales managers. They manage client databases in CRM systems, follow up on prospects, and aim to convert inquiries into sales meetings, typically requiring strong communication, negotiation skills, and knowledge of property trends
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Management: Make outbound calls to potential clients from database leads, portal inquiries, or cold calling.
- Inbound Query Handling: Manage incoming calls to provide detailed information on property projects, pricing, and availability.
- Site Visit Scheduling: Qualify prospects based on requirements (budget, location, intent) and book site visits for sales managers.
- Follow-ups: Regularly follow up with leads to nurture them through the sales funnel.
- CRM Maintenance: Accurately update call records, lead status, and feedback in the CRM system.
- Client Relationship: Build rapport with clients to understand their needs and resolve objections. Expertia AI +4
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, or local languages (e.g., Bengali).
- Experience: Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, or the real estate industry is preferred.
- Persuasion: Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Tools: Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is often preferred.

- Daily/weekly volume of outbound calls.
- Number of qualified leads generated.
- Number of site visits scheduled and completed.
- Conversion rate of calls to meetings/sales.
