Job Description – Tele Sales Executive
We are hiring a target-driven Tele Sales Executive responsible for outbound calling, lead qualification, customer follow-ups, and sales conversion. The candidate must achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while maintaining high-quality customer interactions. Responsibilities include making 150–200 calls daily, updating CRM records, handling objections, scheduling follow-ups, and closing sales opportunities. Candidates should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with a customer-focused approach. Graduation is preferred, though experienced candidates are encouraged to apply. Compensation includes a fixed salary with attractive performance incentives. Consistent target achievement, attendance, quality, and process compliance are mandatory.
