Telesales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive company growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and increasing revenue. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to generate leads and convert them into long-term clients.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
• Reach out to potential clients via calls and meetings to present company services/products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions to meet their business needs.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company revenue growth.
• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, etc.) to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and business pitches.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into successful deals.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
