About the Job

We are looking for an experienced Video Editor with strong hands-on experience in Final Cut Pro to join our video production team. This role is specifically for editors who are already highly comfortable working inside the Final Cut Pro ecosystem and can independently handle professional editing workflows.

The ideal candidate should understand how to create engaging, dynamic, and visually polished reaction-style and long-format content, while also being comfortable adapting to evolving creative and AI-assisted production workflows.

Your Role

• Editing reaction-style and long-format videos from raw footage to final polished output.

• Creating smooth, engaging, and well-paced edits that hold viewer attention.

• Adding visual effects, zooms, motion, masking, overlays, and other engaging elements where needed.

• Balancing audio levels and ensuring clean, clear dialogue.

• Using music, timing, and sound design effectively to improve pacing and emotional impact.

• Using masking and visual emphasis techniques to improve storytelling and engagement.

• Assisting with AI-supported creative workflows where required.

You Should Have

• Strong proficiency in Final Cut Pro is mandatory.

• Previous experience editing professional-quality video content using Final Cut Pro.

• Experience with masking, effects, overlays, zooms, transitions, and visual emphasis.

• Good understanding of pacing, flow, timing, viewer engagement, and audio-video sync.

• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple edits.

• Basic working knowledge of AI-based image and video generation tools.

AI & Creative Workflow Requirements

Candidates should be comfortable using modern AI tools alongside traditional editing workflows.

Basic familiarity with the following is preferred:

• AI image and video generation tools.

• Creating cinematic scenes and visual assets using AI tools.

• Understanding prompts, visual consistency, and scene continuity.

• Combining AI-generated visuals with professional editing workflows.

Experience with AI-assisted cinematic storytelling, character consistency, scene creation, or advanced AI visual workflows will be considered a major plus.

Location & Hours

This role can be either in-office or remote, depending on the candidate’s experience, reliability, and overall fit.
