About the RoleWe are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D Designer to conceptualize and develop high-quality 3D designs for exhibitions, event setups, brand activations, retail displays, experiential marketing, product mockups, and promotional installations. The candidate should also be comfortable assisting with graphic design requirements whenever needed.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDesign innovative exhibition stalls, event setups, kiosks, pavilions, retail displays, and experience zones.
• Create realistic 3D mockups, product visualizations, trophies, installations, and display units.
• Develop 360° turntable animations, walkthroughs, and presentation renders.
• Produce high-quality renderings for client presentations and pitch decks.
• Interpret client briefs and convert concepts into creative 3D visualizations.
• Coordinate with the production and fabrication team to ensure design feasibility.
• Prepare production-ready drawings and dimensions for fabrication.
• Assist the creative team with graphic design, branding, and artwork adaptations when required.
• Maintain design quality while meeting project deadlines.
• Required SkillsStrong knowledge of Autodesk Maya.
• Excellent command of Adobe Photoshop.
• Good understanding of 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, rendering, and animation.
• Experience in 360° product turntable animations.
• Understanding of fabrication materials, event structures, and exhibition systems.
• Creative visualization and presentation skills.
• Ability to work on both Mac and Windows (PC) platforms.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Preferred SkillsExperience in event management, exhibition, retail branding, or advertising agencies.
• Knowledge of graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator and CorelDRAW will be an added advantage.
• Familiarity with production techniques and fabrication processes.
• QualificationsBachelor's Degree/Diploma in Animation, Multimedia, Fine Arts, Interior Design, Product Design, or a related field.
• 5 years ++ of relevant experience in 3D designing for events, exhibitions, retail branding, or experiential marketing.
