AC Technician

Job Title: AC Technician Location: Kolkata (Field Work) Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹17,000/month + Incentives Working Hours: 9 AM – 7 PM | 6 Days a Week Experience Required: Minimum 2 Year

What You Will Do

You will be responsible for installation of Split AC, Cassette AC, and Window AC across all brands.

Your work will include servicing and deep cleaning of indoor and outdoor units.

Gas charging (R22, R32, R410A), and gas leak detection.

You will also handle fault diagnosis and repair.

You are expected to maintain professionalism and good behaviour at every customer site and keep your tools and materials accounted for after every job.

What We Need From You

Minimum 2 year of hands-on experience in AC installation and servicing is mandatory — no exceptions.

You must know split AC installation including indoor/outdoor unit fitting, copper piping, and drain line work.

Basic gas charging knowledge is required and advanced skills are preferred.

You should be comfortable with height work such as bracket mounting and installations on upper floors.

Having your own basic tools is preferred.

You must be able to communicate clearly with customers and explain issues in simple language.

Punctuality, honesty, and a presentable appearance at customer sites are non-negotiable.

Basic smartphone usage is required for job sheets, photos, and WhatsApp updates.

You must be available for both weekday and weekend jobs — rotational offs will be provided.

Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory)

ITI or Diploma in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning is preferred. Experience with VRF or Ductable AC systems is a plus. Prior experience at a brand service centre such as Daikin, Voltas, or Blue Star will be considered an advantage.

What You Get

Fixed monthly salary between ₹10,000 and ₹14,000 based on your skill and experience.

Performance incentive per job completed.
