Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented Academic Counsellor who will be responsible for reaching out to potential leads and converting them into enrolled students for our cybersecurity training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Call potential students/leads provided by the marketing team.
Provide detailed information about our cybersecurity training courses and offerings.
Convince and convert leads into confirmed admissions.
Follow up regularly with interested prospects through calls, messages, or emails.
Maintain proper records of calls, feedback, follow-ups, and conversion reports.
Handle inquiries via inbound and outbound calls professionally.
Coordinate with the sales/admissions team for smooth onboarding of students.
Maintain excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in any stream.
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali (preferred).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM entry).
Confident, persuasive, and target-driven.
Prior experience in telesales or education industry is a plus.
Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome.
