Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Academic Counsellor with a minimum of 1 year of experience in educational counselling, admissions, or sales. The candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students, understanding their career aspirations, and recommending suitable courses while ensuring a seamless admission process.

  • Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, career opportunities, and admission procedures.
  • Convert leads into admissions by understanding students' educational needs.
  • Follow up with prospective students to maximize enrolments.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and convincing skills.
  • Conduct counselling sessions, webinars, seminars, and education fairs when required.
  • Strong counselling and relationship-building abilities.
  • Good presentation and communication skills.
