About the RoleWe are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage the accounting and financial records of multiple companies. As we are a financial consultancy firm managing the accounts and compliance of various group companies and clients across different industries, the candidate should be comfortable handling multi-company accounting, statutory compliance, and financial reporting while maintaining the highest level of accuracy and confidentiality.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesMulti-Company AccountingIndependently maintain books of accounts for multiple client and group companies.
  • Record daily accounting transactions in Tally Prime.
  • Manage separate ledgers, vouchers, bank accounts, and statutory records for each company.
  • Ensure proper accounting treatment as per applicable accounting standards.
  • Handle accounting for businesses engaged in manufacturing, trading, e-commerce, services, poultry, and consultancy.
  • Bookkeeping & Financial RecordsRecord Purchase, Sales, Journal, Receipt, Payment, and Contra vouchers.
  • Verify invoices and supporting documents before accounting.
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation for each company.
  • Prepare monthly books for management review.
  • GST & Statutory CompliancePrepare and reconcile GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B, and other GST reports.
  • Coordinate with vendors and customers for GST reconciliations.
  • Assist in GST, Income Tax, TDS, and audit-related work.
  • Ensure timely statutory compliance for all assigned companies.
  • Banking & Payment ManagementPrepare payment schedules.
  • Process NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, and cheque payments.
  • Perform bank reconciliations.
  • Maintain loan, EMI, and interest records.
  • Receivables & PayablesMonitor debtor and creditor ageing.
  • Follow up for outstanding receivables.
  • Reconcile customer and vendor ledgers.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for payment approvals.
  • Financial Reporting & MISPrepare daily cash flow statements.
  • Prepare monthly Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and MIS reports.
  • Assist management with budgeting and financial analysis.
  • Generate reports for decision-making and client review.
  • Inventory & DocumentationReconcile inventory with accounting records.
  • Maintain stock valuation records where applicable.
  • Organize accounting files, agreements, invoices, and statutory documents for multiple companies.
  • Client CoordinationCoordinate professionally with clients regarding accounting records, invoices, reconciliations, statutory documents, and compliance requirements.
  • Liaise with Chartered Accountants, auditors, bankers, and government authorities whenever required.
  • Skills RequiredStrong knowledge of Tally Prime.
  • Good understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax basics, and accounting principles.
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, IF formulas, data validation).
  • Ability to manage multiple companies simultaneously with accuracy.
  • Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Preferred QualificationB.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
  • 2–5 years of experience in a CA firm, financial consultancy, or handling accounts for multiple companies.
  • Experience in manufacturing, trading, e-commerce, consultancy, or poultry businesses will be an added advantage.
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Accurate bookkeeping for all assigned companies.
  • Timely completion of GST, TDS, and statutory compliances.
  • Error-free bank and ledger reconciliations.
  • Timely MIS and financial reports.
  • Efficient management of receivables and payables.
  • Proper maintenance of accounting records and supporting documentation.
  • Ability to manage multiple company accounts independently while meeting deadlines.

Reporting To: Finance Manager / Director

Salary: As per experience and company standards.
