Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to manage our daily administrative, accounting, and operational tasks. If you are an Excel wizard with a solid grasp of basic accounting and office administration, we want you on our team!
Key Responsibilities
Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate records, generate reports, and manage data using MS Office (with advanced proficiency in Excel).
Accounts Support: Handle day-to-day bookkeeping, including managing debit/credit entries, invoicing, and expense tracking.
Office Administration: Oversee general back-office operations, manage documentation, and support internal teams with administrative tasks.
Technical Skills: Expert-level knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel (formulas, data management).
Accounting Knowledge: Strong, foundational understanding of debit and credit principles along with Quotation analysis.
Experience: Experience in a back-office, admin, or accounts support role - will provide weightage.
Skills: High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask.
Additonal Weightage:
experience with QuickBooks.
Familiarity with Import/Export documentation and procedures.
