Location: Kolkata (with occasional coordination across branches)

ACE Marbles & Granites is a premium supplier of high-quality marble, granite, quartz, and tiles, catering to architects, interior designers, and contractors. With a strong market presence and a large-format showroom, we focus on excellence, precision, and long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations
• Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and reports
• Handle GST filings, TDS, and other statutory compliances
• Monitor receivables, payables, and cash flow
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Coordinate with auditors and ensure compliance with regulations
• Handle billing, invoicing, and reconciliation of accounts
• Maintain inventory-related financial tracking

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
• 2–5 years of experience in accounting (preferred in trading/retail industry)
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting principles
• Proficiency in Tally / ERP software and MS Excel
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in marble, granite, or construction-related industry
• Knowledge of inventory accounting and stock management
• Good communication and coordination skills
