Job Description

Role Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage our daily financial transactions, including Tally entries, statutory compliance, and reconciliation. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of GST and TDS regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bookkeeping: Maintain day-to-day accounts in Tally Prime, including purchase, sale, receipt, and payment entries.
  • Statutory Compliance: Assist in the preparation and filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, 3B) and TDS calculations.
  • Banking: Perform monthly Bank Reconciliations and handle petty cash management.
  • Reporting: Prepare basic financial statements, including Profit & Loss and Balance Sheets for review.
  • Documentation: Maintain organized physical and digital records of all invoices and tax documents.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Education: Graduate (B.Com) or Post Graduate (M.Com).
  • Experience: 4-8 years of core accounting experience.
  • Software Skills: Proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
