Accountant

Job : Full-Time Accountant

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Full-Time Accountant to manage our day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling accounting, taxation, and compliance responsibilities independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain books of accounts and daily financial transactions.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare and file GST returns.
• Manage TDS, income tax, and other statutory compliances.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Process invoices, payments, and expense vouchers.
• Maintain payroll records and salary processing.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and banks.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Maintain inventory and stock records (wherever applicable).
• Communicate professionally with clients via email, phone, and other business communication channels.
• Respond to client queries related to invoices, payments, and account statements.
• Draft and maintain professional email correspondence and business documents.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
