Job Description
Primary Role: Responsible for creating invoices and managing sales/purchase entries using Tally software.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Generate bills/invoices using Tally ERP 9 or Tally Prime.
2.Enter sales and purchase transactions.
3.Maintain stock and inventory records in Tally.
4.Handle basic GST billing and tax entries.
5.Coordinate with the sales team for billing-related tasks.
6.File and organize bills for audit and record-keeping.
7.Manage payment receipts and customer follow-ups.
8.Data entry and basic financial record maintenance.
Skills Needed:
*Proficiency in Tally.
*Basic understanding of GST and invoicing.
*Attention to detail and data accuracy.
*Familiarity with MS Excel and basic computer operations.
