Accountant/ Accounts Executive

Job Title: Accountant cum Store Manager

Experience: 5+ Years

Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable professional to manage both accounting functions and store/inventory operations. This dual-role position requires strong financial acumen along with hands-on experience in stock handling, inventory control, and coordination with procurement and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Finance:

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records (Purchase, Sales, Receipts, Payments)
• Handle accounts payable and receivable processes
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
• Prepare GST returns, TDS, and ensure statutory compliance
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
• Coordinate with auditors and support audits

Store & Inventory Management:

• Maintain accurate stock records and inventory levels
• Monitor inward and outward material movement\
• Conduct periodic physical stock verification
• Ensure proper documentation (GRN, Delivery Challans, Stock Registers)
• Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for stock replenishment
• Implement inventory control practices to minimize losses

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting (B.Com preferred)
• Experience with accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP systems like ERPNext)
• Good understanding of inventory management practices
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
