Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain office files, documents, and records.
- Handle data entry and update reports in Excel or software.
- Prepare vouchers, invoices, and bills.
- Maintain daily cash book and expense records.
- Assist in salary processing and attendance records.
- Coordinate with staff, vendors, and beneficiaries.
- Handle emails, phone calls, and office communication.
- Support banking work like cheque deposit, passbook update, etc.
- Maintain stock and office supplies records.
- Assist senior management in administrative tasks.
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Basic accounting knowledge preferred.
- Ability to handle office documentation properly.
- Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented.
Qualification:
- Minimum Higher Secondary / Graduate.
- Fresher and experienced candidates both can apply.
- Knowledge of Tally or accounting software is an added advantage.
