Accountants are financial professionals responsible for tracking, analyzing, and reporting an organization’s financial data. Their core duties include recording transactions, reconciling accounts, managing tax filings, conducting audits, and generating financial statements like balance sheets and cash flows

Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare accurate income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Analyze this data to help management make informed business decisions.

Bookkeeping & Reconciliation: Manage daily transactions, maintain the general ledger, and reconcile bank and credit card statements to guarantee accuracy.

Taxation & Compliance: Calculate and file corporate or individual tax returns. Ensure all financial practices comply with local, state, and federal laws.

Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process outgoing vendor payments and monitor incoming client payments to ensure healthy cash flow.

Auditing & Risk Management: Examine financial records for discrepancies or fraud, and work alongside external auditors to verify records.

Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist leadership in creating financial models, budgets, and projections to guide strategic investments and growth.

Payroll Processing: Manage employee payroll and validate expense CLAIM.
