Job Description
About the Role
Mindset Media is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts cum Back Office Executive to manage accounting, office administration, attendance records, project reporting, and inventory tracking. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, consistent in work, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
> Accounts & Compliance
- Generate invoices and maintain customer records using Zoho Books.
- Maintain accurate accounting data and financial records.
- Prepare and file GST returns within statutory deadlines.
- Record and monitor daily office expenses.
- Assist in maintaining accounting documents and reports.
> Back Office & Administration
- Manage employee attendance and prepare monthly attendance reports.
- Maintain and update office records and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth day-to-day operations.
>Project Coordination & Reporting
- Work closely with the Project Manager to prepare project-wise Excel reports and PowerPoint presentations.
- Collect, compile, and organize data received through WhatsApp and other communication channels.
- Ensure timely preparation of reports and project trackers.
>Inventory & Stock Management
- Maintain and regularly update stock and inventory records.
- Monitor stock movement and report discrepancies, if any.
- Ensure proper documentation of incoming and outgoing materials.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Accounts and Back Office Operations.
- Good knowledge of GST filing and compliance.
- Hands-on experience with Zoho Books.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Office.
- Good understanding of Excel formulas, functions, data management, and reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Smart worker with a problem-solving mindset.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Experience in handling both accounting and administrative responsibilities will be preferred.
