We Are Hiring | Accounts Executive – Travel | Kolkata

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive – Travel to join our Accounts & Finance team.

Location: Kolkata – Taratala

CTC: ₹8–9 LPA

Experience: 3–5 Years

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / Finance Graduate

Mandatory Requirement

Must have 3–5 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Employee Reimbursements, or Travel Expense Accounting

Key Responsibilities

Verify employee travel bills, expense claims, and supporting documents

Process travel expenses and accounting entries in SAP S/4HANA

Manage travel claim settlements and reimbursements

Coordinate with employees for approvals and documentation

Prepare MIS reports and expense analysis reports

Ensure compliance with company policies and audit requirements

Preferred Skills

Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA

Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable

Excellent MS Excel and MIS reporting skills

Good communication and stakeholder management skills
