Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Executive with 1 year of experience to manage day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping, GST compliance, and financial record management.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and update accounting records, ledgers, and financial transactions.
• Prepare and process invoices, payments, receipts, and vouchers.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
• Assist in GST filing, TDS calculations, and statutory compliance.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and MIS reports.
• Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
• Verify expense reports and ensure proper accounting entries.
• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments regarding payment and account-related matters.
• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial information.
• Required SkillsBasic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Familiarity with GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
• Good analytical and numerical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Educational QualificationBachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.
• Additional certification in Accounting or Finance will be an advantage.
• ExperienceMinimum 1 year of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance-related roles.
