JOB DESCRIPTION – ACCOUNTS MANAGERIndustry: Automobile / Automobile Dealership

Department: Accounts & Finance

Location: Madhyamgram, West Bengal

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day accounting operations of the automobile dealership/workshop.
• Handle GST, TDS, income tax, and statutory compliance.
• Prepare and review monthly financial statements, MIS reports, P&L, balance sheet, and cash-flow reports.
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable, outstanding payments, and vendor/customer balances.
• Manage bank reconciliation, ledger scrutiny, journal entries, and general accounting.
• Ensure timely GST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory filings.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and internal departments.
• Monitor dealership sales, service, spare parts, insurance, accessories, and other business-related accounts.
• Ensure proper accounting of vehicle sales, service billing, parts inventory, expenses, and receipts.
• Conduct regular internal checks and reconciliation to identify discrepancies.
• Support management with financial analysis, budgeting, cost control, and decision-making.
• Supervise and guide the accounts team and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
• Candidate RequirementsQualification: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
• Industry Experience: Automobile dealership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Tally/ERP, MS Excel, GST, TDS, and taxation.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical, communication, and team-management skills.
• Ability to handle work independently and meet deadlines.
