Accounts Officer

We are looking for an Accountant : -

Job DescriptionWe are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage our day-to-day accounting and inventory operations.

• Key Responsibilities:Maintain complete accounts in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
• Manage Sales, Purchase, and Invoicing activities.
• Record and monitor stock inward and outward entries.
• Maintain inventory records and reconcile stock regularly.
• Prepare and maintain GST records, returns, and related documentation.
• Handle PF, ESI, and other statutory compliance data.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Perform bank reconciliation and ledger verification.
• Maintain proper financial records and documentation.
• Prepare MIS reports and support management with financial data.
• Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and customers regarding accounting matters.
• Required Skills:Strong knowledge of Tally Prime/Tally ERP.
• Good understanding of GST, PF, ESI, and basic taxation.
• Knowledge of inventory and stock management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Good communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and maintain accuracy.
