Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month


Working Days: 6 Days a week (Monday to Saturday)

We are looking for a reliable, experienced, and hands-on professional to join our core team and help drive this expansion.


Role Overview


We are seeking a versatile Accounts & Operations Manager to oversee our daily financial health and production workflow. In this dual-function role, you will manage low-volume, high-accuracy daily accounting (supported by a junior accountant) and work directly alongside the Director to streamline the manufacturing workflow.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely vendor payments and client collections.
  • Maintain accurate ledgers, bank reconciliations, and cash flow tracking.
  • Prepare and organize basic financial data for GST, TDS, and other tax compliances.
  • Generate monthly financial reports and share insights with the Director.
  • Collaborate directly with the Director to oversee the daily manufacturing workflow from raw material to finished product.
  • Monitor inventory levels of raw materials (fabrics, trims) and finished goods to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and the production team to ensure timely order execution and delivery.
  • Track order fulfillment, manage dispatch schedules, and generate accurate invoicing/e-way bills.
  • Identify bottlenecks in the production or supply chain process and suggest practical improvements.


Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (B.Com or relevant business degree preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in an accounting or operations role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in the fashion, garments, or textile industry is highly desired.
  • Technical Skills: Hands-on experience using Ginesys ERP software is a major advantage. Proficiency in MS Excel and standard accounting software (like Tally) is required.
  • Attributes: High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

  • You are not willing or able to commit to a strict 6-day working week (Monday - Saturday).
  • You are not willing or able to commute daily to our office located at Paridhan Garment Park.
  • You are looking for a remote or hybrid role (this is a 100% in-office position).
