Operations & Digital Transformation Manager

Location: Kolkata, West Bengal

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive, growth-oriented, and tech-savvy Operations & Digital Transformation Manager to join our team at G Jiffy. This is a high-impact role for someone who is not just looking to manage tasks, but wants to build a legacy by transforming our traditional manufacturing operations into a modern, digital-first business.

You will be given the full authority to overhaul our current systems, implement new ideas, and execute a strategy that bridges the gap between our offline manufacturing roots and the digital future.

Key Responsibilities:

System Building & Workflow Optimization: Design and implement a robust "system chain" for our daily operations, ensuring everything from inventory to dispatch is streamlined.

Digital Transformation: Lead the transition of our offline processes to digital platforms. You will be responsible for digitizing our records, communication, and business workflows.

Operational Autonomy: Take ownership of operational decisions. We expect you to bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table and implement them effectively.

Process Automation: Identify bottlenecks in the current production/sales chain and introduce automation solutions to improve efficiency.

Strategic Execution: Work closely with the management to turn business vision into actionable, day-to-day results.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements):

A strong mindset for Process Improvement and Automation.

Basic understanding or high willingness to learn ERP/Digital Business Tools (e.g., Odoo, Spreadsheet automation, or similar systems).

Ability to think on your feet and execute ideas independently.

Comfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing environment.

Someone based in or around Kolkata with a passion for taking traditional businesses to the next level.
