Job Description

🎯 Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin Executive to manage daily administrative operations, ensure smooth office functioning, and provide support to employees and management.


🔑 Key Responsibilities

✅ Oversee and manage daily office administration to ensure smooth business operations.

📞 Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications in a professional and timely manner.

📂 Maintain and organize office records, files, databases, and important documentation.

📅 Coordinate meetings, appointments, calendars, and travel arrangements for management and staff.

🛒 Monitor office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement when required.

👥 Support HR-related administrative activities, including employee onboarding, documentation, and record management.

🤝 Liaise with vendors, service providers, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.

📊 Prepare reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and other administrative documents as needed.

💰 Maintain basic accounts, invoices, vouchers, and expense records.

📑 Perform data entry and accounting transactions using Tally ERP/Tally Prime.

🏦 Assist in accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and petty cash management.

📈 Generate accounting reports and support finance-related documentation.

🏢 Ensure office facilities, equipment, and workspaces are well-maintained and fully operational.

🚀 Provide administrative support for special projects and assist management with ad hoc tasks.
