Job Description
Learn More is hiring passionate and energetic Admission Counsellors for Online admissions. The candidate will be responsible for guiding students, handling enquiries, and supporting the complete admission process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle student enquiries through calls and follow-ups
- Explain online management courses and admission procedures
- Perform telecalling and telesales activities
- Counsel students regarding career and course selection
- Maintain lead data and follow-up records
- Coordinate with students until admission completion
- Achieve admission and counselling targets
Required Skills:
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Experience in Tele Calling / TeleSales / Counselling
- Basic Computer Knowledge
- Working knowledge of MS Excel
- Positive attitude and professional behavior
- Ability to handle student queries confidently
