Area Business Manager

Key Responsibilities:-

✅ Manage and monitor daily operations of 5–6 SpinCare stores.

✅ Ensure achievement of revenue, sales, and profitability targets.

✅ Conduct regular store visits and resolve operational issues proactively.

✅ Lead, mentor, and motivate store teams for better performance.

✅ Maintain high standards of customer service and customer satisfaction.

✅ Track store KPIs, productivity, and business performance.

✅ Coordinate with management and operations teams for smooth execution of business plans.

✅ Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.

✅ Identify opportunities for business growth and process improvement.

Eligibility Criteria:-

✔ 3–8 years of experience in Retail Operations, Multi-Unit Operations, Franchise Management, QSR, Telecom Retail, Consumer Services, or similar industries.

✔ Experience managing multiple stores/branches is preferred.

✔ Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.

✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

✔ Willingness to travel extensively for store visits.
