Area Sales Executive

We are building a high-growth innerwear brand and launching aggressively in West Bengal through a direct-to-retail model (no distributor dependency).

We are looking for hardcore field sales professionals who can open markets fast and drive real sales — not just manage reports.

Only apply if you:

• Have 5–15 years of field sales experience (garments / hosiery / FMCG preferred)
• Personally handle 80–150+ active retailers
• Do daily market visits (20+ shops/day)
• Have worked with brands like Rupa, Lux, Dollar, or similar
• Are hungry to grow and earn via incentives

Do NOT apply if you are:

• Only managing distributors
• Working in office / backend roles
• Not comfortable with field sales

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Open new retail outlets daily (10–15 shops)
• Generate repeat orders and build strong retailer relationships
• Achieve high monthly billing targets
• Expand market coverage across Kolkata & nearby areas
• Ensure fast order collection and coordination for delivery

Compensation (High Incentive Model)
