Job Title: Area Sales Manager – Industrial Paints 🎯
Location: Kolkata
Experience Required:3+ years in sales (preferably in industrial paints or coatings)
Role Overview 🧭
We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to expand our presence in the industrial paints segment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in B2B sales, strong market knowledge, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities 🚀
- Drive sales growth and achieve targets within the assigned territory 📈
- Develop and manage a strong dealer/distributor network 🤝
- Identify new business opportunities in industrial segments 🏭
- Maintain relationships with key clients, contractors, and OEMs
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities 🔍
- Provide technical and product-related guidance to customers 🎨
- Ensure timely collection of payments and manage receivables 💰
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
Key Requirements ✅
- 3-4+ years of industrial sales experience (industrial coatings/ chemicals preferred)
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills 🗣️
