Tea Triangle Private Limited is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Manager-Sales to drive business growth through both inside sales and field sales activities. The role involves acquiring new customers, managing existing relationships, achieving sales targets, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit customers regularly to develop and maintain strong relationships
• Achieve monthly sales targets in terms of volume and revenue
• Identify new customers, markets, and business opportunities
• Follow up on customer inquiries, orders, and payments
• Coordinate with accounts, warehouse, and logistics teams for smooth dispatch
• Maintain daily sales reports and customer visit records
• Support management in expanding sales in assigned areas

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline
• 2–5 years of experience in sales (FMCG / tea / distribution preferred)
• Experience in both inside sales and field sales
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Willingness to travel for field visits
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
